Description
This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of Aono Kana, a renowned vegetable sommelier. Rich chicken stock was enhanced with the umami of bonito flakes, kombu seaweed and shiitake mushrooms, and finished with a dash of sweet mirin seasoning. Made in Japan.
