Description

This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of the famous ramen shop Sapporo Summer. The rich soup of Hokkaido miso was enhanced with the taste of pork bones and garlic, to recreate the flavours of the famous ramen, all in a hot pot soup version. Sauté around 200g of pork and kimchi in sesame oil, and then add to the soup for a delicious flavour. Made in Japan.
