Description

This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of the famous ramen shop Ippudo, who recreated their popular “akamaru shinmi” dish in a hot pot soup base. Tonkotsu extract, lard and pork collagen all have a rich taste, and combined with the richness of Kyushu soya sauce and the spiciness of Korean doubanjiang were also added to complete the flavouring of the soup. Made in Japan.
