This rich, sweet tonkotsu soup emphasizes the umami of pork and the flavour of pork bones. The soup was made with aromatic pork bone broth, which is the uniqueness of Kurume ramen, and seasoned with onions, ginger, and soy sauce. Comes with seasoning oil separately.
