This hot pot soup base was made under the supervision of vegetable sommelier Aono Kana, to create a vegetable based soup stock that lets you enjoy the original, authentic flavours of vegetables. Contains 5 types of vegetables, including onions, celery, potatoes, carrots and garlic. Blended with a pork and chicken bouillon enhanced with black pepper and white wine for a more flavourful dish. Made in Japan.
