Description
This is a thermal heat cooker that lets you make up to 5 soft boiled eggs, known as “onsen tamago” in Japan. Elevate even the simplest of meals by quickly adding a soft boiled egg.
The rack can be set higher or lower. See illustration. Set cold eggs in the rack and pour boiling water. 1 to 3 eggs: Lower rack. Water level 2/3 height of egg. 15-17 minutes. 4 eggs: Higher rack. Water level just over the eggs. 15-16 min. 5 eggs: higher rack. Water level on the line on inside of pot. 18-20 min.
